Po’Jazz is an innovative partnership of poetry and jazz created by Golda Solomon, who has combined her two passions to create an energetic program featuring established and emerging poets sharing the stage with a small group of jazz musicians, blending the spoken word and improvised instrumentation.

After a successful four year run at The Hudson Valley Writers’ Center in Sleepy Hollow, New York, Po’Jazz made its home at The Cornelia Street Cafe in Greenwich Village and has now moved “uptown” to Blue Door Gallery in Yonkers (Po’Jazz on Hudson)
