Poetry Jazzin’ Up The Trail In Yonkers
Waterfront views and Ella Fitzgerald’s childhood home – now Yonkers has public poetry! A poet laureate is Jazzin’ Up The Trail with walkers and bikers on the Old Croton Aqueduct trail. No other state park shows off poetry. But Yonkers first Poet Laureate, Golda Solomon, was enthused. “I want to see ALL of Yonkers shine and appreciate poetry the way I do!”
